Per request, we've added another macaron class!

Recently, we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to sample some of Pierre Herme's macarons at his store in Paris, France. They were so magnificent! I forgot how wonderfully delightful they can be when prepared correctly. I bought a copy of Herme's text, and now I am happy to share my pastry secrets from studying under Chef Eddy Van Damme with you. - Kathryn
