Moon Over Monona Terrace October 6, 2011

Come to the beautiful Monona Terrace rooftop after dark and get a closer look at the universe... for free! Come to the rooftop and view the moon and other celestial objects through powerful telescopes provided by members of the Madison Astronomical Society. Members will share their knowledge of the skies, and provide information to assist "backyard astronomers." The evening will begin with moon viewing and will progress to other objects as the night skies get darker.
