Monthly Homeownership Program Informational Meeting September 28, 2009

Community Frameworks, a local non-profit housing provider, will be hosting their monthly HOMEOWNERSHIP INFORMATIONAL MEETING at their offices located at 315 W. Mission Avenue on September 28th at 6 pm.

Our self-help homeownership program will be featured at the meeting. We will also be discussing our mortgage ready educational program and all three of our homeownership communities.

HomeStarts is a self-help homeownership program which provides 100% financing, down payment assistance, a credit for closing costs, affordable monthly mortgage payments and an opportunity to learn the home maintenance skills you will need to maintain your home. You will get to know your neighbors before you move in and help create your own safe neighborhood.
