Monarch Butterflies September 11, 2010

September is the month to watch for migrating monarch butterflies. While they're more commonly seen during the summer, the last batch to hatch in the fall will begin a flight to southern California or Mexico. Come to Arcadia to learn about the life cycle of the monarchs. We hope to observe both caterpillar and butterfly in the field.
