Mom's who are looking to get in shape can make this program part of their exercise routine. We will walk up the paved road at Mt. Tom to get the heart rate up to proper aerobic exercise level for 30-60 minutes. Along the way we will monitor our pulse and make sure we are staying within safe guidelines. Strollers are welcome.
