About the instructor
Keith is a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and a certified yoga instructor. He has spent years studying and teaching many different modalities and forms of body movement. The MFS Workshop will give you the knowledge, drills and exercises that you need to improve your range of motion and improve your performance and the performance of your athletes.
Keith will show you proper warm up drills, cool down stretches and various exercises that you can do to improve your range of motion, heal your injuries and improve your athletic performance. This workshop is for athletes and trainers of all levels and abilities.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
