On 15-16 December 2008, Magenta Global, in collaboration with the telecom industry of the South-Eastern Europe (SEE), will bring together for the first time the key players of the mobile telco industry in SEE at the inaugural MobilePlus SEE summit. As a highlight of this summit, the Regulators from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Montenegro will give updates on the latest developments in telecom regulation.
