2801 Mission Street
San Francisco, California 94110

Join us for a three hour walking food and culture tour of the Mission's finest Latin restaurants. Step out of your dining comfort zone of Mexican burritos and tacos and experience Nicaraguan, Guatemalan, and Spanish cuisine from restaurants hand-selected by us!

How it works:
We’ve already coordinate everything with the restaurants, who have selected dishes that are the most typical to that particular country. We will walk to each restaurant as we explore the Mission District as a group and learn about the history of the neighborhood, including stops with local indigenous artisan vendors. Once we arrive to each restaurant, the food will already be ready for us to enjoy at a sit-down meal. Restaurant staff will be on hand to share a little about their country of origin as well as answer any questions about the region or menu (get ready to practice your Spanish!). We will end with a toast and ice-breakers at our last stop.

The restaurants and actual menu will be kept a surprise until the day of the event, but rest assured they represent the best food and service the Mission has to offer from that region. All restaurants have a minimum of a 4 star rating on Yelp.

Sign up and experience food traditions, learn about the Mission's history, and culture of lesser known Latin countries on this foodie adventure!
