The Minnesota Vikings (6-4) travel to Chicago to face the Bears (7-3) with playoff implications for both teams. For Chicago, a two-game losing streak has dropped it into a first-place tie with the Green Bay Packers, and need a win in order to assure the team a piece of the division lead.

Tied atop the NFC North with a 7-3 record, the Bears are actually a game behind the Packers due to their Week 2 loss in Green Bay when Matt Forte was limited to only 31 yards rushing and Jay Cutler threw four of his 10 interceptions for the season.

For the surprising Vikings, who have doubled their win total from 2011, it’s a chance to prove this is a team moving in the right direction. After defeating the 49ers and Lions—both playoff teams from last season, in back-to-back games the Vikings were 4-1 heading into Week 6. Losing three of their last four have dropped them out of playoff contention.
