Building A Buyers List

Bottom line is that in today's market you need a good quality buyers list. If you're selling property you need a list of buyers who can qualify for a mortgage and have cash for down payment. If you want a lease option your properties you need a list of buyers that don't quite qualify for a mortgage today but who have cash for down payment and want to buy in the future. If you’re a landlord you need a good qualified list of tenants. These are just a few of the lists that you will need as a real estate investor. The question is how do you generate a good qualified list of buyers or tenants in today's market?
