Mini Zoo Tours October 23, 2009

Our curators describe the amazing animals that live at the Museum. Adjacent to the Discovery House, the Mini-Zoo is centered around a replica Banyan Tree and is home to the Museum's collection of live animals. Housing a variety of animal species, the Mini-Zoo contains forest, pond, and desert habitats. The Museum's living collection contains approximately 70 animals, including invertebrates, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals.
