Lila Kate Wheeler began practicing meditation in 1977 and leads retreats around the USA. She is a former Buddhist nun and Fellow of the Radcliffe Institute at Harvard. Her prizewinning fiction and journalism has been widely published including by The New York Times, Outside, Tricycle, Best American Short Stories, Best American Travel Writing, Best Spiritual Writing.

Kendall Dudley, M.A. is a career counselor, writing consultant, artist, teacher and speaker. He founded LIFEWORKS Career & Life Design 28 years ago. Kendall teaches in the greater Boston area, regularly presents at national career conferences and is on the boards of career and educational organizations. He has been the recipient of several grants for his arts and social justice performance work.
