DBSA-GC's 13th Annual Symposium will be the best ever. We will explore the meaning in our lives, with an extensive examination of mindfulness and mindful decision making in the process of achieving productive living. The ability to focus and concentrate on a task is the cornerstone of productivity.
Mindfulness stresses the present moment without dwelling on past mistakes and without the negative anticipation of future events. The positive influence on the future, through close attention to the here and now, can have a significant uplifting effect on us and our quality of life.
