Mind-Body Wellness Workshop is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation and aims at creating more awareness about healthy and stress-free way of life, no matter what the external circumstances are.
In this 2 hours workshop, we'll learn simple yet effective Yoga, powerful breathing techniques, knowledge of Mind-Body-Breath and guided Meditation and how to use our breath to instantly -
