Yoga is the union of body, mind and spirit. It brings harmony in these elements to help reduce stress. Yoga brings the mind to the present moment, improving clarity, and alertness in the mind. The mind becomes peaceful, and is able to deal with day-to-day stress.
You are invited to the special session on Yoga as part of the Mind Body Wellness series.
Please note this session is open for people with any or no experience of yoga.

2. Rejuvenating breathing techniques.
3. Guided Meditation.
4. Take Home practices.
5. Introduction to "Sudharshan Kriya", a technique which incorporates specific natural rhythms of breath to release stress and calm the mind.
