Mind Body Wellness is a workshop conducted by Art of Living foundation. It is a 3 day 3 hrs workshop which includes powerful breathing exercises to reduce stress and practical knowledge to deal with day-to-day life situations. This workshop is conducted by one of the senior most teacher of Art of Living foundation, Swami Pragyapad.
