Mill City Oktoberfest September 29, 2012

Celebrate Minnesota brewing past and present as Mill City Museum and the Mill City Farmer's Market team up for Oktoberfest. Enjoy the tastes, smells, sights and sounds of Germany with activities inside the museum, outside in the Ruin Courtyard and in the farmer's market area. Watch a cooking demonstration with J.D. Fratzke of Strip Club Restaurant in the Outdoor Cafe Kitchen and a baking demonstration of Central European baked goods in the Baking Lab. Enjoy performances from Elk River German Band, The Jolly Huntsmen Band and the S.G. Edelweiss Dancers. Relax with a Minnesota brew and German fare in the Ruin Courtyard beer garden and sample local brews
