This classic piano trio features the legendary bassist Ron Carter, a member of Miles Davis' storied quintet of the 1960s, who, as a veteran of more than 2,000 recordings, is considered the most recorded bassist in jazz history. Joining Carter are pianist Mike LeDonne and drummer Joe Farnsworth. LeDonne's career has featured long associations with Milt Jackson and Benny Golson, while Farnsworth is heard frequently with George Coleman, Cedar Walton, and Pharoah Sanders.
