In ancient Greece, no one threw a party like Dionysus, the Greek God of wine. Just in time for Mardi Gras, this year’s Carnival festival in Greektown will be no exception. Join the National Hellenic Museum for its second annual Midwinter Masquerade at 9 Muses Bar & Grill. A ticket to this pre-Lenten celebration gets you two drinks, a mask and plenty of beads to wear or share. Not Greek? Not a problem! Chicagoans from all walks of life are invited to party like a Greek god at this fanciful fete.

TICKETS: $30 in advance online, $40 at the door. Ticket price includes two free drinks, one raffle ticket to win an iPad 2 and other prizes, masquerade masks and party beads.
