Microsoft® Project: Integrated into the PMI Process for Program and Project Managers February 14, 2013

This program will provide you with the tools to create a complete project plan from initiation to closure. You are encouraged to bring a project to class which you will use to fill in the MS Word templates and MS Project forms. You will also learn to manage multiple projects and communicate project information with your project team(s) more effectively. You will learn advanced formatting techniques and how to customize fields, filters, tables, forms, views, and reports in MS Project to meet your organization's needs. Participants will be able to coordinate MS Project with the five PMI phases of the project life cycle.
