Microsoft Project 2010 Workshop December 9, 2011

Microsoft Project is most widely used tool for project scheduling across industries. However due to lack of proper training and knowledge about the capabilities of MS Project, only a small proportion of Project Management community uses MS Project to its full extend. This workshop is designed for managers using or intend to use Microsoft Project 2010 for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the projects. Post this workshop, participants will get a good understanding of the tool to start scheduling for their project the next day.
