Michael McKeever’s South Beach Babylon December 9, 2010

Zoetic Stage will kick off its inaugural season with the World Premiere of Michael McKeever’s wickedly funny and sexy new play South Beach Babylon. The play explores the lives of five South Beach artists during the weeks leading up to Art Basel. A fascinating look at what it takes to create art without selling one's soul in contemporary America. McKeever is South Florida’s most successful playwright and his plays have been produced throughout the United States and Europe. He has been nominated numerous times for the Carbonell Award for Best New Work and has won the honor three times.
