Michael Dominick’s Steakhouse Introduces New Early Bar Menu January 18, 2013

Michael Dominick’s Steakhouse, the upscale Manhattan style restaurant at the Scottsdale Quarter known for prime steaks, personal service, an extensive wine list and its heated rooftop poolside dining room has introduced a new Early Bar Menu 4 to 6:30 p.m. daily with light fare for $10 and wines by the glass for $7.

The Early Bar Menu provides a great happy hour and is ideal for people on the go and wanting lighter fare featuring oysters florentine with creamed spinach, cheese and lemon butter; sliced filet mignon and scallops; Dominick’s calamari with shrimp and peppers; mini Maryland style lump crab cakes; and fried meatballs for $10 each from 4 to 6:30 p.m. daily in Michael Dominick’s Steakhouse Bar.

A special $10 cocktail menu includes double Jack Daniels manhattan, double Three Olives martini and double Captain Morgan cable car, while wines by the glass are $7 and feature Ca’ Donini pinot grigio, Santa Ema cabernet sauvignon and Hayes Ranch chardonnay.

The impressive bar, which features six-foot crystal chandeliers, marble bar tops, and mosaic marble floors complete with two plasma flat screens, makes for an ideal upscale spot for dinner and drinks as guests dine on Executive Chef Marc Lupino’s exquisite fare and sip on classic cocktails.

Soulful, energized musical talent, Jym Caputo and Charity Lockhart are captivating Dominick’s guests with live entertainment Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.
