The 15th Annual New York International Fringe Festival will present the world premiere of Chagrin by Canadian Michael Ross Albert. The production journeys into a small-town hospital, where long-time friends must open old wounds in order to heal new ones as four people grapple with their collective past in the place where it all began – the aptly named Chagrin Falls.
