Mendocino Stories and Music Series "Queen Jane Swingtet" November 26, 2011

Mendocino Stories & Music Series presents "The Queen Jane Swingtet" on Saturday, November 26 at 7:30PM at the Hill House of Mendocino. The four-piece jump swing band features “Queen Jane” Lawrence, Karl Schoen, Laura Maione Tom Rickard and very special guest, vocalist Amy Hanson.

Their swing based repertoire also includes blues, tangos, waltzes, and mambos. The common denominator is that everything in their songbook is aimed at getting folks up and out on the dance floor.
