Mendocino Stories & Music Series "Queen Jane Swingtet" January 22, 2011

Mendocino Stories & Music Series presents "The Queen Jane Swingtet" on Saturday, January 22 at 7:30PM at the Mendocino Hotel. The four piece jump swing band features “Queen Jane” Lawrence on keyboards, Karl Schoen on saxophone, Laura Maione on string bass and Dan Albrecht, drums.

Their swing based repertoire also includes blues, tangos, waltzes, and mambos. The common denominator is that everything in their song book is aimed at getting folks up and out on the dance floor.
