This New York-based quintet, which is led by Glassjaw guitarist Todd Weinstock, makes an exuberant mix of rock, electro, funk and a dash of disco. New York buzz band Benzos takes to the road in support of their recently released debut full-length album Morning Stanzas. Benzos' music is the brainchild of four virtuoso musicians - all music conservatory graduates - who were drawn together in their shared quest to seamlessly blend rock-based musical forms with the ambience and rhythm of early underground dance and experimental electronic music.
