Beginning on Friday, April 5, Banner Alzheimer’s Institute is offering a four week memory training series. This memory training program is for people over the age of 50 who are having trouble remembering names, dates and other information, but are otherwise in good mental and physical health. The program is not intended for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment or other dementia. The memory training program is based on the book, "The Memory Bible," by Gary Small, MD. By devoting just two hours per week for four weeks this interactive class can help seniors boost their memory.
