On November 13, 2012, Harrogate, a Life Care Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ocean County, N.J., will be hosting an unforgettable afternoon, literally, with nationally-renowned memory expert Gilbert Sherr. During the event, attendees will have an opportunity to put their memory to the test as Sherr reveals his memory improving tips and tricks, which include three simple principles - Visualization, Association and Imagination.
By applying these principles, Sherr learned to compute complex math in his head, and can repeat up to 13 items backward and forward. With these skills, Sherr has assisted approximately 10,000 seniors nationwide improve their memory, and educated them on how the mind works.
