Join the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute at the Houston Museum of Natural Science as we explore the athlete inside of you during this free family festival! Train like a pro while you test your strength, agility, flexibility and jumping abilities and learn about the unique science of Sportsmetrics which helps prevent injury while enhancing performance. Discover how you can enhance the athlete inside of your body on Saturday, January 31 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Houston Museum of Natural Science! While you are there, be sure to visit the Body Worlds 2 Exhibit and see muscles, tendons and ligaments work in athletes bodies.
