Executive Chef Victor Albisu of BLT Steak DC is teaching the art of barbecuing at this month’s Memorial Day BBQ Class. Part of the restaurant’s ongoing monthly cooking class series, this in-depth class will feature lively instruction from Chef Albisu on how to prepare high end foods using traditional American barbecuing techniques. Aspiring cooks will learn a host of chef’s tips and tricks. Following the class, guests will enjoy a filling four-course lunch of dishes demonstrated during the class.
