This conference is for parents, caregivers and educators of children with autism and developmental disabilities. Learn how to identify feeding problems, stop food pickiness and curb the refusal to eat. Participants will also learn how your actions or the actions of others could reinforce inappropriate behaviors.
Speakers for this conference are Keith E. Williams, Ph.D., BCBA and Jeannie Golden, Ph.D., BCBA. Williams is the Director of the Feeding Program at The Penn State Hershey Medical Center and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Williams' presentation will focus on food selectivity and autism.
Dr. Golden is a licensed psychologist who received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Florida State University and is currently an associate professor at East Carolina University in North Carolina. Dr. Golden's presentation will focus on treating children with trauma and attachment difficulties.
