Mehri Dadgar: Persian Language for Travelers to Iran or Afghanistan, Conservation I September 8, 2010

Students will be introduced to the Persian (or Farsi) language and will learn to speak and understand it with the aid of images. The emphasis of this class is on learning Persian daily conversations. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to read and speak simple sentences; engage in basic conversations involving greetings/introduction of self and the description of things in short phrases. Instruction includes new and effective learning methods that incorporate projected text and images. The instructor will provide handouts.
