Franklin parish needs a better or more dog catchers. It's ridiculous. I have talked to the police many times about 3 stray dogs living UNDER my home also have called the dog catcher more than once and yet I've still got 3 unwanted dogs. What other options do I have?

Winnsboro needs a police force to help protect our animals from the abuse that i have seen in our commiuty.
