Meet Your Local Cheesemaker Happy Hour!
December 17th from 4 t0 6 p.m., we will feature local cheese veterans, Birchrun Hills from Chester County, for a FREE happy hour meet & greet. The Miller family has been handcrafting some of the Philly area's most uniquely flavored cheeses for some time now. These include the creamy and dreamy Birchrun Blue, the eau-de-sock-and-sautéed-mushrooms stinker Fat Cat, and the petite but potent Red Cat. Their neighbor and friend Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company will be on hand with tastes of strong pours for strong cheeses.
