Meet the Farmer February 19, 2011

This farmer-hosted program highlights a different delicious ingredient each month. Whether you are an aspiring backyard gardener looking for tips and advice, a home cook interested in learning more about your ingredients, or a foodie seeking a deeper understanding of where your food comes from, you're sure to enjoy this unique chance to talk shop with the best of them! This session will focus on the salad green crops grown at Stone Barns, and will be led by Four Season Farm Manager Jack Algiere.
