We are excited to bring you another “Meet the Brewer” in February featuring Green Flash Brewing Company.  Join us at “Meet the Brewer” for an exclusive, intimate craft beer and three-course food pairing led by the brewer for $40 per person. Much like The Pearl, Green Flash puts modern twists on traditional styles, come learn all about their cutting edge brews.  Without a doubt, Monday’s will be your new favorite day of the week.
