Meet the Author: Nina Marie Martinez November 13, 2007

Nina Marie Martínez’s first novel, ¡Caramba! A Tale Told in Turns of the Card is about the “wacky goings-on in small Lava Landing, CA. Written in the form of Mexican la loteria cards, each chapter represents a turn of the cards in which characters play out their destinies against the backdrop of a dormant volcano,” Library Journal. Martínez was born in San José, CA to a first generation Mexican-American father, and an American mother of Germanic descent. In addition to writing novels, she is also a vintage clothes enthusiast and dealer. Book sales will be provided by M is for Mystery.
