Connie Dial is a 27 year veteran who rose from patrol officer to Area Commanding Officer. She served as watch commander at Newton Division in South Central L.A. during the 1992 riots and was the Commanding Officer who responded to the Nicole Simpson/Ron Goldman homicides.
