ALAMEDA WRITERS GROUP – LOS ANGELES PRESENTS MEET THE AWG
Despite having been around for over 15 years, despite having over a hundred members, and despite having membership dues of just $60, it’s come to our attention that some people are unfamiliar with Alameda Writers Group, including some of our own members.
In an attempt to rectify this and to demonstrate to the world just how awesome AWG is, we’re embracing our collective narcissist and having a meeting dedicated to showing ourselves off.
Please join Alameda Writers Group – Los Angeles Saturday, June 6th, 10 a.m. at the Glendale Central Library. You’ll get to hear about our Special Interest Groups and Coverage Exchange, register on our new website, get information on member-only discounts. Plus we’ll be raffling off some great prizes, including some of our members’ own works. Oh, and there will be coffee and donuts as (almost) always.
Alameda Writers Group – Los Angeles is a non-profit group for writers of all genres in all stages of development. AWG hosts meetings on the first Saturday of every month at the Glendale Central Library, 222 E. Harvard St, Glendale, CA 91205. There is free parking for up to three hours at the garage across the street on Harvard. For more information please visit alamedawritersgroup.org.
