Join us on Friday, August 8 from 6:00pm-7:30pm as we join together for a reading from a traditional yoga text, meditate to create more positive action in the world and then engage in a short discussion of the text and how it might be pertinent in today's world. Please note shoes are not worn in the practice area so please wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off for your convenience.
