Every Tuesday we will have a meditation for World Peace. Of Course this involves, clearing out our own energies of anger,stress, and fear and our inner worlds are reflected to our outer worlds. We will simply sit in quiet (they may be light chimes, soft music, primoridial sounds in the background) for approximately 1/2 hour to set the intention for world peace and build the light to raise the vibration.
