Class Description
Meditation is a wonderful tool that we can use to improve our quality of life, relationships, and experience of inner peace. In this series we will learn the basics of what meditation is and how we can go about using meditation to create peace of mind throughout our day.
The classes consist of a guided meditations, a short talk and time for discussion and questions. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required. Both beginner and experience meditators can benefit from this course.
Each talk is part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any time.
