Anger is one of the most common and destructive emotions; it harms us and disturbs everyone around us. Learn from Buddha's practical advice how we can choose to overcome anger in any situation. Be kind to yourself and others -- learn to stop anger in its many forms.
Classes consist of two guided meditations, a talk, and discussion. Drop in any time, no pre-registration required. Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM.
