Meditate For Peace
Join us every Sunday at 7pm for Group Meditation. Group mediatation is very powerful and we use this practice to direct our energies into a positive manifestation - to bring peace - both to ourselves and outwardly, into the world. We will explore different meditation techniques, such as walking meditation, and Tonglen meditation. Most nights will be an open group practice - all styles of mediation are welcome. Meditation instruction is available.
