Tami Simon is the founder and president of Sounds True, a publisher dedicated to disseminating spiritual wisdom. Tami began Sounds True in 1985, when she was 22 years old, to continue her own spiritual learning while making teachings from many traditions widely available. In 2002, when she recorded "Buddhist Tantra" with Reggie Ray, she realized that to further her own growth, she needed to work with him. She has immersed herself in the practicing lineage he is carrying forward, the lineage of the great siddha and teacher of Tibetan Buddhism, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Today, Tami is a meditation teacher with Dharma Ocean, an organization founded by Reggie and Lee Ray to preserve, transmit, and extend the Dharma teachings of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
