Medicine balls are great for core and stability training and can increase your reaction time and power. This 1-hour class will use medicine balls to add intensity and variety to your regular workouts with cardio and resistance exercises.
When: Monday, February 8th with two classes to choose from: 5:30AM-6:30AM and 6:30AM-7:30AM
What to bring: An exercise mat and water
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred).
Who: All fitness levels are welcome!
