Once Yunmen said to the assembly:
"Medicine and disease cure each other. The entire earth is medicine. What is the self?"
Taking this ancient koan as his inspiration, Zen Priest Dairyu Michael Wenger will discuss ease and dis-ease on the personal and global scale.

Dairyu Michael Wenger has practiced Zen Buddhism since 1972 and is a priest in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki-roshi. Besides teaching brush work and film, he currently serves as San Francisco Zen Center's liason with other groups in the Suzuki-roshi tradition.
