Famed Eataly meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda is back to teach this very special class on how to dress up your meats for the holidays. Learn to create new traditions for your wintry family celebrations using 3 different meat varieties—Duck, Pork & Beef-- as well as mouth-watering side dishes made from classic Italian staples. Pat will demonstrate how to butcher each cut of meat while the Executive Chef of La Scuola will demonstrate each recipe for you to enjoy. Each dish will be paired with wine and class will be complete with recipes to take home.
