MDA has recently launched the nationwide “Cyber Wellness Campaign”!
The 3-month programme aims to inculcate a positive cyberspace culture among Singapore students, parents and educators through exciting initiatives including the Cyber Wellness Roving Bus, Digital Diary Competition and the Cyber Wellness Portal.
Cyber Wellness Roving Bus, a travelling exhibit which will visit primary schools, national libraries and other popular places of interest around Singapore to educate students on a range of Cyber Wellness issues. Divided into seven zones, the bus is installed with interactive games and quizzes, through which useful and vital information on issues such as cyber-bullying, privacy and inappropriate content can be imparted to the students in a light-hearted and fun manner!
Primary school students can also create and share their cyber stories and/or experiences through an online eBook application to take part in the Digital Diary Competition.
The Cyber Wellness Roving Bus begins operation on 17 Feb 2011 and ends on 27 May 2011.
